Telehealth allows clients to have access to more therapists than they would otherwise have access to due to location.
Anyone can schedule a therapy session when it is convenient for them without having to leave their home. It also saves time for traveling.
Many individuals struggle to enter a therapist's office due to the stigma associated with treating one's mental health. Therapy can now be done in the privacy of your own home.
Research continues to prove that Telehealth services are just as effective in treating individuals as in person therapy.
